Music:
I've been a drummer for as long as I can remember. Music isn't a side hobby—it's been the soundtrack to my entire life. That hands-on musical foundation shapes everything I teach.
Business:
I spent nearly three decades in the corporate tech sector as a program management leader (MBA, University of Colorado Denver). I understand how to build systems, manage workflows, and execute strategies at scale.

JG BeatsLab is where these worlds collide. I combine deep musical roots with business discipline to help musicians build sustainable careers in the AI era.
What I Believe
The barriers are gone.
