Fader terms of use

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Fader is a free AI music guide for Claude and ChatGPT, published by JG BeatsLab LLC. By using Fader, you agree to these terms.

Free to use and share

Fader is free. You can use it and share it under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). In plain terms: share it as is, credit JG BeatsLab, don't sell it, and don't share changed versions.

Advice, not guarantees

Fader gives general guidance about making, finishing and releasing music. It's advice, not a promise. Results depend on your track, your tools and the AI app you use, and AI apps can get things wrong. Use your own judgment and your ears before you act on anything it says.

Not a replacement for mastering

Fader helps you plan, diagnose and finish your AI music with guidance and records. It can't hear or measure audio. For loudness, true peak and clipping numbers it points you to Track Lab, a free browser measurement check, and human ears finish the adjustments. It doesn't master your music and it doesn't replace a human mastering engineer.

No warranty

Fader is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, JG BeatsLab LLC isn't responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using it.

Your music

Your music stays yours. Fader doesn't collect it. See the Fader privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may change. The current version will always be on this page with its date.
