Fader is a studio companion for AI music creators, published by JG BeatsLab LLC. It runs as a plugin inside Claude and ChatGPT. It helps you figure out why a generation is close but not working, write and fix prompts and lyrics, make mastering decisions, keep project records, check release readiness and plan promotion.

What Fader can't do

Fader can't hear or measure audio, and it won't make up loudness, true peak or clipping numbers. For measurements, run your file through Track Lab, which checks it in your browser without uploading it. Then bring the results back to Fader.

Common questions

Fader isn't showing up

Check that the Fader plugin is installed in the app you're using. In Claude, also check that code execution and file creation is turned on in your settings. Then start a new chat and try again.

Does Fader store my conversations?

No. Fader has no server and collects nothing. Your chats stay with Claude or ChatGPT under that app's own privacy policy.

Can Fader listen to my track?

No. Describe what you hear and Fader will help you find the likely cause. For numbers, use Track Lab first.
